Subscription plans renew automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from My Page; the service remains available until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.

All prices are shown in Japanese yen including tax. Charges are settled in Japanese yen (JPY); amounts in other currencies are reference conversions only and the final amount billed by your card issuer may differ slightly.

Additional Fees Other Than the Product Price

None.

This is an eSIM (mobile data delivered electronically), so there are no shipping charges, handling fees or other costs.
Any costs of your own internet connection remain your responsibility.

Payment Methods

Credit card only (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club)

Payment Period

One-time plans: charged to your credit card immediately when you place the order.

Monthly plans (auto-renewing): charged when you first subscribe, then on the same day of each month as the day you subscribed (on the last day of the month if that date does not exist in that month).

Delivery Timing

Once your card payment is authorised, your eSIM QR code is sent to your registered email address immediately (normally within a few minutes). It is also always available in My Page.

If you chose an activation date at checkout, data service becomes available from that date.

Note: during scheduled maintenance, Tuesdays 22:00–09:00 JST, issuing may be held. Held orders are issued automatically as soon as maintenance ends.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation

We cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind. Once issued, an eSIM cannot be resold.

If your eSIM does not work: please contact support@japan-on-line-esim.com within 7 days of the QR code being issued. If we confirm the problem was caused by us, we will re-issue the eSIM or refund you in full.

Cancelling a monthly plan: you can cancel at any time from My Page. If you complete cancellation by the day before your next billing date, you will not be charged again. Your service remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide pro-rata refunds.
